Update Form Requirements

To maintain your scholarship eligibility, recipients must submit an annual update on their academic progress. This includes your current GPA, major or program changes, and any academic honors received.

We also encourage you to share notable activities outside the classroom, such as community service, leadership roles, internships, or other personal achievements. These updates help the committee better understand and support your continued growth.
