Update Form Requirements

To ensure that we have the most current information, scholarship recipients are required to provide updates on their academic progress, including GPA, major changes, and any honors received. Additionally, we seek insights into non-academic achievements, such as community service involvement, leadership roles, and personal development activities. This comprehensive update helps us continue to support your journey effectively.

Any exceptions must be reviewed by the committee. Please submit a letter explaining your circumstances. The committee will assess your request and any supporting documents, and you will be notified of their decision.

Annually, your college s Registrar must send an official transcript to scholarships@acunico.org.

If unavailable, a sealed official transcript may be mailed to:

Full-time matriculated status
Cumulative GPA ≥ 2.5 (or 3.0 for need-based scholarships)
